About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Estimator to join our commercial construction firm on Long Island. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assisting with project estimates, bid processes, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3+ years' experience in construction estimating is required, preferably with experience in public works projects on Long Island.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site visits and inspections
  2. Prepare and review estimates and bid packages
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
