About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ramen Server to join our team at Tatsu Ramen in Los Angeles. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
  • Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, and addressing any customer concerns or issues
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently to manage multiple tables and ensure seamless service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail in every aspect of your work

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
