Job Summary

We are seeking a Fitting Room Specialist to join our team. As a Fitting Room Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers in the fitting rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
  • Assist with general office duties, including mail service, sorting, and opening mail
  • Create daily pocket schedules and make signs for all shops
  • Assist with various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
  • Develop product knowledge and partner with sales associates to achieve daily selling goals
  • Focus on fashion trends and provide expert advice to customers
  • Check customers in and out of rooms, monitoring merchandise in the fitting room
  • Prepare merchandise for return to the selling floor
  • Be knowledgeable about products, including location, price, and use
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
  • Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two weekends a month.
