Compensation: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in addressing their visual needs and fostering loyalty to the practice.
- Identify and resolve customer service challenges effectively.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience while striving to meet personal, practice, and company objectives.
- Verify that completed eyewear meets optical standards and customer specifications.
- Understand and adhere to the procedures for operating the dispensary.
- Implement best practices to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with your District Manager.
- Build positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and team members.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in the optical field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
