Compensation: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in addressing their visual needs and fostering loyalty to the practice.
  • Identify and resolve customer service challenges effectively.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience while striving to meet personal, practice, and company objectives.
  • Verify that completed eyewear meets optical standards and customer specifications.
  • Understand and adhere to the procedures for operating the dispensary.
  • Implement best practices to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with your District Manager.
  • Build positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the optical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
