Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Riva Server to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of quality in our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Marriott's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on menu offerings, service standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
