Rework Operator

Job Title: Rework Operator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Rework Operator to join our team at Wells Enterprises. As a Rework Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to filtering ice cream and dairy dessert mixes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Sort and organize incoming rework mixes coming from production
* Verify allergens from the rework mixes, isolate them when filtering
* Document all rework mixes filtered, keep records of what was sent to the freezer
* Coordinate with mix and freezer personnel in moving totes to and from the freezer
* Complete appropriate CIP/cleaning procedures
* Manage daily and weekly cleaning list activities
* Assist Process Operators in setup/batching of mixes

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
* HMI understanding for CIPs and the filtering process
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
