Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Intake Clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and responding to call inquiries for potential admissions, obtaining required information to facilitate admissions, and making referrals for individuals who are not appropriate for admission.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call inquiries for potential admissions and provide information about our services
• Obtain required information to facilitate admissions, including patient history and treatment needs
• Make referrals for individuals who are not appropriate for admission to our program
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, as determined by the state
• CPI/CPR certification per policy
• Experience with crisis management or intake preferred
