As an Automotive Wheel Alignment Specialist, you will oversee all facets of alignment, related services, and repairs for a variety of automotive vehicles.

Key Responsibilities- Conducting and selling comprehensive vehicle alignment services for all cars and light trucks.
- Providing and selling additional vehicle services, including but not limited to brake repairs, suspension maintenance, axle services, and oil changes.
- Balancing wheel assemblies effectively.
- Executing all types of tire services and repairs.
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of service equipment and the service area.
- Preparing billing documentation accurately.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars and light trucks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, including employment history and criminal record.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant automotive service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Good driving record.
- Experience with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I, Level II, and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems is advantageous.
