Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently, adhering to established standards and quality control measures.
  • Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Pack orders to meet customer requirements and specifications.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
  • Ability to work scheduled and assigned times, including overtime as required.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
