We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our team at Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc.

The Plumbing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems on commercial construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers, pipefitters, and other trade personnel
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality control requirements
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and company quality expectations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues and ensure project success
• Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, material requisitions, and safety reports

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing trade supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a post-secondary program in plumbing or a related field
• Knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code, Florida Mechanical Code, and other relevant regulations
• OSHA 30 certification, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant safety certifications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CM software platforms like Autodesk Build, Procore, and BIM 360
