We're seeking a Senior Care Physician to join our team at a rapidly expanding, physician-led and mission-driven primary care organization.

As a Senior Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to a panel of up to 450 patients, focusing on accountability, health coaching, and simplifying for action to achieve improved patient outcomes.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in contributing to a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion within our medical centers.

This position requires an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty, along with active MD licensure and board eligibility.
