Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Direct and guide patient teaching activities under the guidance of Registered Nurses.
Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
Current CPR certification from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute).
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
One year of clinical experience preferred, with prior experience using electronic medical record systems.
