We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a staff position. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
- Conduct regular assessments and develop care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- 2-3 years clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
