The Breakie Bunch is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are looking for an exceptional Classroom Director to lead our new GSRP classroom and take on the responsibilities of this vital role.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and professionals who share your passion for teaching and learning. As a GSRP Program Lead, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all students.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid continuing education, and a 401(k) matching program. Our salary range starts at $65,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage classroom activities, lesson plans, and instructional materials
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure effective implementation of the GSRP program
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and events
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
