Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and servicing DISH's innovative smart home solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service DISH's smart home solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product offerings, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
