Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform roof installations, repairs, and maintenance services for commercial clients.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify roofing needs and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial roofing experience, with a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
  • Prior experience working with coaters, hot air welded single-ply, standing seam metal, and other roofing systems beneficial.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish highly desirable.
