Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team at Focus Staff. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting. This includes assessing, implementing, and evaluating total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be a team player, and possess a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating the nursing plan of care
  • Managing both emotional and physical patients
  • Working collaboratively with medical staff
  • Providing quality care in a compassionate and professional manner
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Exhibits major team player qualities
  • Willingness to assist others when needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others
