We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Labor and Delivery Nurse. As a Travel L&D RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
