Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grant Writing Assistant to support our grant development efforts at Kintegra Health. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing skills, research abilities, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify new sources of funding and provide supporting data for grants.
  • Grant Proposal Writing: Develop high-quality grant proposals, focusing on clear and concise writing.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working effectively with the team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop processes and workflows around grant writing and management.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field, such as English, communications, business, or nonprofit management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Kintegra Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
