In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our residential units are maintained to the highest standards for both residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete necessary training sessions to improve your cleaning expertise.
  • Follow company guidelines, protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure cleanliness in shared spaces and model apartments on a daily basis.
  • Guarantee that all unoccupied units are spotless and free of odors.
  • Maintain the laundry areas in a clean and operational state.
  • Support management with additional tasks as required.
  • Regularly communicate supply needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Capability to meet physical demands and adhere to instructions.
Work Schedule: Flexible working hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week, including possible weekend shifts.

Equipment Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with various cleaning instruments and materials.
