Job Title: Women's Health Care Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Women's Health Care Specialist to join our team at HealthOp Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to women, including prenatal care, gynecological exams, and family planning counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient health and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform routine physical examinations, preoperative evaluations, and assist in surgeries as needed.
  • Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions, including cancers, fertility issues, and other women's health concerns.
  • Prescribe medications and manage patient therapies effectively.
  • Provide prenatal care, deliver babies, and offer postnatal support to new mothers and their infants.
  • Offer comprehensive family planning services, including education and counseling on pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, scans, and ultrasounds, to inform patient care decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in OBGYN and incorporate new treatments and technologies into patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Arizona NP or PA License (or be eligible to obtain).
  • Completion of a US-based NP/PA program (excluding Puerto Rico).

Compensation:

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, sick leave, 401(k), CME reimbursement, license reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.
