About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, listening to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping to educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
