The Care Provider is a vital member of our team at Oakmont Management Group, responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Provider, you will play a key role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for our residents, while upholding the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Residents with Daily Living Activities: Provide personal assistance and daily care services to residents, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence, as specified in their service and care plan.
  • Respond to Resident Needs: Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
  • Encourage Teamwork: Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Desire to Work with the Elderly: Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
  • Criminal Background Check and Health Screening: Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
