Requirements and Qualifications- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan
- Valid DEA license in Michigan
- U.S. certification program completion
This is an in-person position. The Physician Assistant will commute directly between home/facilities and work in coordination with an LTC Collaborating Physician. Responsibilities include day-to-day patient care and shared after-hours on-call duties.
Compensation and Benefits- Productivity-Based Compensation Model (No Cap)
- $10k SIGN ON BONUS
- 15 PTO days annually
- $2,500 Annual CME allowance plus 3 PTO days for CME attendance
- Company-paid subscription to Up To Date
- Monthly phone stipend
- All medical licensure expenses reimbursed by LTC
- Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
