We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our Kona Crew as Shaved Ice Servers. These part-time roles are ideal for those who are at least 18 years old and enjoy a dynamic work environment.

As a Shaved Ice Server, you will represent our brand, engaging with customers while serving our delightful products. Your typical day will involve traveling to various locations to serve and sell our offerings, preparing delicious shaved ice, and ensuring the truck is clean and ready for the next shift. This role is fast-paced and offers a unique experience each day as we participate in a variety of local events, including school functions, sports games, festivals, concerts, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

Our servers must have flexible schedules, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Working hours can range from early morning to late at night, with a focus on weekends and holidays. If you are a proactive individual with a positive demeanor, willing to assist colleagues when necessary, and thrive in a lively atmosphere, this position is a great match for you.

Key Responsibilities of a Shaved Ice Server:

Maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable work environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Deliver outstanding service to clients and customers with efficiency and precision.

Adhere to hygiene, health, and sanitation standards.

Perform routine cleaning of the trucks and storage areas.

Complete necessary preparations and stocking at the beginning and end of shifts, following established procedures.

Demonstrate the ability to read, count, and accurately complete required documentation.

Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to the appropriate personnel.

Drive safely to scheduled events and warmly greet customers.
