\u2022 A doctoral degree in psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited university in either Clinical or School Psychology

\u2022 Fully licensed (or licensure eligible) in the State of Mississippi. Must be licensed in state prior to hire.

\u2022 Must be eligible for insurance credentialing as in-network

\u2022 3-5 years of related experience is preferred, but not required

\u2022 Competent in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule- 2nd Edition highly preferred, but not required

\u2022 Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and Eligibility Determinations preferred, but not required

\u2022 Must pass a thorough background check

\u2022 Must demonstrate ability to work effectively with diverse populations

\u2022 Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques and a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities

\u2022 Comfortable with parent training and social skills training

\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

\u2022 Excellent report writing skills

\u2022 Strong familiarity with assessment techniques

\u2022 Demonstrated ability to operate within ethical and professional standards of care
