About the Role

As a Beauty Expert at Kohl's, you will be responsible for driving sales through your passion for beauty and engaging clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. Your goal is to provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
  • Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
  • Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
  • Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.

  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).
Salary

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $13.70, and the annual salary range is approximately $28,376 - $58,752 based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming no overtime pay.
