Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Inpatient Pavilion at UCHealth Anschutz. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications among patients.

About the Role
- You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive medication management services
- You will review, analyze, and improve medication regimens to prevent adverse events and optimize patient outcomes
- You will communicate complex medication information to patients and their families in a clear and concise manner
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety
