Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D to join our team. As a BCBA at Neurobehavioral Center for Growth, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and their families, providing individualized behavior-analytic services and training to caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
  • Provide individualized caregiver training and support
  • Complete competency assessments for new and existing RBTs
  • Develop and implement time-efficient schedules to meet weekly with each client and RBT
  • Write monthly progress reports for each client
  • Complete performance reviews with RBTs
  • Mentor new BCBAs after one year at the company
  • Complete objective session notes after each session
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology
  • A BCBA or BCBA-D credential in good-standing
  • Meets the BACB supervision standards
