Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our Engineering Design and Commissioning team, you will be responsible for designing and commissioning complex mechanical systems for critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for data center cooling, including HVAC, CFD, and other related systems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop conceptual designs
  • Oversee the commissioning process to ensure smooth project execution
  • Work with the Business Development team to respond to RFPs and develop new business opportunities
  • Represent Pkaza LLC in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience designing data center cooling systems
  • PE or EIT certification a plus
  • LEED certification a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with mechanical systems, including HVAC, CFD, boilers, chillers, pumps, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units
  • Equipment sizing and calculations
  • Experience reviewing work in REVIT and proficiency in MS Office products
  • Familiarity with the design process of building systems for mission-critical projects or healthcare/hospital environments
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
