Clinical Nursing Supervisor RN

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor RN to join our team at Saint Mary's Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership, you will collaborate with Clinical Managers to ensure continuity of patient care and provide clinical support to our Rapid Response Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the patient throughput decision maker, responsible for upholding decision-making processes related to bed assignments.
- Lead as off-shift leader, rounding on units, answering colleague and patient questions, and upholding all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse RN Licensure: Must hold a valid and current Connecticut registered nurse licensure.
- 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience, including intermediate/progressive/critical care or nursing leadership.
- BLS or CPR certification: Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Benefits:
- Part Time 24 Nights: 3 8-hour night shifts, every other weekend rotation.
