Clinical Resource Nurse

The Clinical Resource Nurse serves as the primary support for clinical staff, providing guidance and assistance in a fast-paced medical setting.

• Facilitate education and training programs for clinical staff
• Implement new workflows and protocols to enhance patient care
• Coordinate nurse triage and conduct nurse visits to optimize patient experience
• Provide education to patients and families on health-related topics
• Administer prescribed medications and complete practice-specific clinical skill competencies

• Registered Nurse licensure through the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
• Minimum of one year as a Registered Nurse in a medical or acute-care setting

The Clinical Resource Nurse works in a dynamic healthcare environment, frequently exposed to airborne pathogens, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids. The noise level is moderate, and the employee must regularly lift, carry, or push/pull less than 10 pounds.
