About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a positive and secure experience.
  • Access Control: Screen and inspect individuals and vehicles entering the site, using metal detectors and wands as necessary.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activity, including incidents and security breaches.
  • Surveillance: Observe and survey the area, reporting any suspicious activity to management.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience: Previous security experience, particularly in access control and surveillance, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
