About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehab department. As a Physical Therapist at Solaris HealthCare Waterman, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting and uplifting our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the medical staff and other personnel to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an educational program in physical therapy approved by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation or the United States Department of Education
  • Passing of the American Registry Examination or a national examination approved by the board
  • Licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Florida
  • Preferred: Prior experience in physical therapy, membership in state and national American Physical Therapy Association, and proficiency in administrative and public relations skills
