About the Role

Cadillac Asphalt, a leading provider of quality construction materials and value-added services, is seeking a skilled Asphalt Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with hot mix asphalt (HMA) by raking, shoveling, and other tasks as required.
• Partner with other crew members to pave roadways, highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways, adhering to plan specifications.
• Shovel dirt, asphalt, or stone, and sweep associated with heavy highway construction, using power and/or hand tools as needed.

Requirements

• CDL license preferred.
• 1 or more years of road construction experience is preferred.

Work Environment

• This position requires working outdoors on a job site in extreme weather conditions.
