We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. As a key member of our patient-centric care delivery model, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for various procedures.
- Perform at or above the standards of care set for the superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings.
- Proficiently navigate through multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, and Core Values of ProMedica.
- Sign-on bonus of $60,000 with a 4-year commitment (paid within 90 days of signing)

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is the largest acute care facility in the Toledo area, serving a 27-county area in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. We have 794 hospital beds and employ over 4,800 healthcare professionals. Our hospital is comprised of more than 1,000 primary care and specialty doctors, the largest board-certified medical staff in our area.
Requirements:- Licensed in Ohio as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active registered nurse in the state of Ohio
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in healthcare and community resources
- Outcome-oriented with sound clinical judgment
- Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, organization, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment with attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment towards achieving customer/patient satisfaction
