Sugar Maple Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Home Care setting in Quincy, IL. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will work with a geriatric population in their independent homes or within senior living/assisted living facilities.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and ultimate schedule flexibility. You will have the opportunity to work part-time or PRN, with a minimum of 12 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability per week.

Key Responsibilities:
