Overview:

The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the role of IT Support Technician.


Role Summary:

The IT Support Technician will deliver first and second-tier technical assistance to end-users within the organization, collaborating with supervisors to ensure the successful completion of project-related tasks as necessary. This position reports directly to the Information Technology Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate projects involving the setup of new computer hardware and software installations.
  • Provide technical assistance by identifying, investigating, and resolving user issues related to software and hardware.
  • Utilize knowledge of computer systems and procedures to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to research and address technical challenges.

Qualifications:
