Key Responsibilities:

• Lead epidemiologic evaluations involving pharmaceutical products, including adverse/side effect evaluation, literature review, comparative effectiveness research, and analysis of electronic health data.
• Develop and implement project plans, manage project budgets, and provide strategic consulting to clients.
• Mentor and develop technical staff, promoting Exponent's multidisciplinary consulting expertise through publications, presentations, and seminars.
• Attract and develop new projects and clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Pharmacology, Biostatistics, or a related scientific field.
• 10+ years of post-graduate consulting or academic experience with a proven track record of attracting new and repeat clients or funding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong reputation among clients and the scientific community for integrity, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
• Adept management abilities and demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong commitment to professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
