Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and caring Certified Caregiver to join our team at La Posada at Pusch Ridge. As a Certified Caregiver, you will provide personal care and support to elderly residents, perform various tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, and others as directed/requested. You will also administer and coordinate the passing of medications under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor, observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, and promote a safe environment for residents by observing infection control practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform and coordinate personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, and others as directed/requested
Administer and coordinate the passing of medications under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor
Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident
Monitor special resident services offered by the facility

Requirements:
Certification as a Caregiver at the Personal, Supervisory, and Directed level
Prior experience as a certified caregiver or medication technician is a plus
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) holder
Ability to communicate in English, orally and in writing
Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint clearance card, and current TB test
