We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our community of dental professionals on the GoTu platform.

As a Dental Hygienist on GoTu, you will have the flexibility to work on your own terms, choosing when, where, and how much you want to work.

You will have full control over your schedule and rates, with the option to choose from a variety of shifts and locations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including cleaning deposits and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins.
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings and radiographic studies, and chart conditions of decay and disease.
  • Prepare patients for dental hygiene treatment by welcoming, seating, and draping them.
  • Provide information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments.
  • Select materials and equipment for dental hygiene visits by evaluating patients' oral health.
Requirements
  • Active dental hygiene license in VA.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients on oral health care practice.
