Compensation: Up to $28.00/hr

Role Summary: Responsible for the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring a superior customer experience. Oversee the performance of fellow installers, ensuring high-quality and timely job execution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driving record
  • Expertise in HVAC functional design and ductwork installation
  • Thorough understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting for all residential and light commercial systems
  • Able to mentor and supervise team members
  • Strong safety knowledge regarding tools, testing devices, and work environment
  • General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
  • Ability to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Capable of testing and balancing HVAC systems
