At Life-Spark LLC, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead CNA/HHA to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs.
  • Mentor and train new employees, coordinating and communicating employee break times and assisting with staffing and scheduling.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Must have at least 6 (six) months of experience working as a HHA or CNA.
  • Interest in training and mentoring new employees.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
