Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake of food.
  • Assist residents with customary daily tasks and activities, such as moving from one area to another and responding to calls.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
  • Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
  • Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.
  • Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
