About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at Sekisui Aerospace. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of supplies, tool movement, interoffice mail, and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the movement of production tooling for all departments according to the Production Control schedule.
  • Deliver finished products to customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Transport supplies to and from vendors as needed.
  • Compile physical inventories and reconcile with inventory records.
  • Provide general warehouse assistance as needed, including receiving, shipping, inventory, basic data entry, and occasional forklift operation.
  • Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Promote workplace safety.
  • Coordinate collection and delivery schedules to maximize the effectiveness of time and vehicle usage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced driving abilities.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Previous professional experience as a driver.
Working Conditions

While performing typical duties of this job, production employees will experience the conditions noted below. PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.

  • Usually work indoors.
  • These sites may not be temperature-controlled.
  • Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
  • Exposure to hazardous equipment.
  • Exposure to contaminants.
  • Shared workspaces with other employees.
  • Requires handling objects of up to 50 lbs.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime).
