As an Instructional Coach at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our teachers have the resources, support, and professional development they need to deliver high-quality education to our young learners. With your advanced knowledge of child development and early education, you will inspire your colleagues to bring their best selves into the classroom every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (Associate degree required with an educational plan to complete a Bachelor's degree).
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program (experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred).
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
