At Hilltop Holdings, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Set-Up Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our loan processing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan set-up process.
Responsibilities:- Assemble and log file documents submitted by loan originators and distribute to processing staff.
- Assist loan originators and processors by ordering property-related items as needed.
- Assist processors in obtaining VOE, VOR, and other documents as needed.
- Review file documents to verify appropriate documents and disclosures are included.
- Upload documents and information into appropriate software programs.
- Review and prepare invoices for payment and track to verify payments have been made.
- May assist with receptionist duties and cover telephones for processors when necessary.
- Assist with managing office supplies and office equipment.
- Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year processing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with branch, regional, and corporate personnel, as well as title companies, appraisers, etc.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
- Must be available to work all regularly scheduled hours; arriving at scheduled reporting time and at the prescribed time after any breaks or lunch periods.
- Must be able to work overtime, as required.
