Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Internet services, computer hardware, and software. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making product recommendations, and scheduling installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Internet services, computer hardware, and software
  • Handle customer inquiries and make product recommendations
  • Schedule installations and repairs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
