As a skilled RN, you will be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher, providing exceptional care to patients in our 25-bed swing-bed/med-surg unit. Our team strives to bring a personal touch to healthcare, serving the rural area of Kingfisher, OK.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, working to restore patients to their highest level of independence.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain current RN licensure and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Meet physical demands of the position, including pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds, and prolonged standing and walking.
PRN Schedule Expectations:
36 hours required per six-week schedule; 12 of the 36 hours on weekends.
One (1) summer and one (1) winter holiday.
Certifications:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
