About the Role

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a talented Physician In Charge to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality medical care is provided to our participants.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Lead and direct the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent care
  • Identify and address barriers to care, working closely with participants, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement solutions
  • Participate in key leader company meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to medical care
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Michigan medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Experience working with frail or elderly populations, preferably in a geriatric care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, participants, and families
Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
